Telemedicine Services
With great support of Magsaysay Prize Winner Dr. Mahabir Pun, the hospital has installed telemedicine service. The telemedicine is linked to Kathmandu Model Hospital.
Outreach Clinic
Hospital organizes different outreach clinics to the remote places of all its working areas. This program is helping the grassroots people get service in their doorsteps. We are also servicing people in their locality and also managed special treatments plans for monasteries, cooperatives, schools etc. It has been also organizing special camps at Dakshinkali Temple, important festivals and tournaments.
School Health Program
Most of the households in community have a school going children in their homes. With focus to these children, hospital has developed school Health Project. The project team corresponds with the school management and organized different school clinics with special focus on sustainable health practices. The main objective of this project is to elaborate health and hygiene concepts to every household through their children.
Weekly Specialists’ Camps
Hospital organizes regular specialists’ camp in its premises like orthopedic, eye, dental, general etc. It has been serving these community people with coordination with community/government hospitals from Kathmandu.
Health Insurance
Hospital has been operating health insurance plan to institutionalize the health and hygiene in public. We are giving quality services within affordable insurance plan. We are elaborating this plan to more people in coming days.
Medical/Social Work Volunteers
Hospital is mobilizing medical and social work volunteers in its different activities. Medical practitioners from national and internationals are also engaged in regular practices, special camps and social service. Social work interns from different colleges are also involved in this hospital as learning and sharing center.
