Manamohan Memorial Community Hospital (MMCH) was established as an organization to provide quality health for people living in the southern region of Kathmandu District. It was started as a unit of Manamohan Memorial Development Centre.

In year 2061 B.S., weekly camp (road side clinic) was started in Dakshinkali-1 with the grand support of New Shadle. The grand success of the road side clinics gradually developed to a health centre and finally a hospital. Since the establishment, New Shadle is playing vital role for its expansion.
